BestPriceMe Shipping & Delivery Policy
At BestPriceMe, we deliver your plush companions with care and efficiency. This policy explains our order processing, packing, and shipping.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Order Modifications: Contact us immediately at aqrftgyhujp@163.com to modify or cancel an order. Changes are only possible before packing has begun.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We currently ship to the United States and Europe. Shipping costs and estimated times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping to the United States:
- Standard: 10–18 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited: 5–10 business days after dispatch (available in most regions).
- Shipping to Europe:
- Standard: 12–22 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited: 7–14 business days after dispatch (available in most countries).
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
3. Packaging & Handling
Every plush toy is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect, huggable condition.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
5. Delivery & Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Once the shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, our liability for the order ends.
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability may incur additional reshipping or storage fees, for which the customer will be responsible.
6. Shipping Issues
- Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 20 business days (for US/Europe destinations), please contact us for investigation.
- Damaged Upon Arrival: Please inspect your package promptly upon receipt. If you find any damage, notify us within 48 hours at aqrftgyhujp@163.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging.
